20-Minute Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms , drained
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor
  • 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brown ground beef with onion in large skillet. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat; stir in mushrooms and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through but do not boil.
