5-Ingredient Buttery Ganache Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 Tbsp. Country Crock® Buttery Sticks–Unsalted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line bottom of 8-inch round cake pan with waxed paper, then spray bottom and sides of pan with no-stick spray; set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate and Country Crock® Buttery Sticks–Unsalted in small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally; set aside to cool.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended, about 2 minutes. Whisk in flour until blended. Stir in chocolate mixture. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes until edges of cake are but center is still soft. Cool on wire rack. Cover with aluminum foil and freeze at least 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
  5. Remove cake from pan; peel off waxed paper. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
