15-minute Beef Stew

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 sirloin steak , cut into 1- inch chunks
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Mushroom Soup Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) new potatoes , drained and cut into chunks
  • 1 box (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown steak.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until steak is tender.
